Program Overview
Gain the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to adapt to changes in the field of HR. In addition to fundamental HR courses, students are introduced to HR-based analytics, organizational network analytics, and strategic HR. Our Master's program includes an experiential capstone course which will give students the opportunity to apply principles and techniques from their coursework to address and solve actual organizational problems.

The Gatton College of Business and Economics has been accredited by AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business since 1926. Similarly, the accounting programs within the Von Allmen School of Accountancy have been accredited by AACSB International since 1988 soon after AACSB began offering separate accreditation for accounting programs.
