Bachelor's Degree in Physics

Who is this program for?

The bachelor's degree program in Physics is ideal for students fascinated by understanding the fundamental principles that govern matter, energy, and the universe. Graduates develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preparing them for careers as research scientists, aerospace engineers, or data analysts in fields such as technology, engineering, and scientific research.

Program Overview

Physics is the study of matter, energy, motion, and force. Many students study physics because they enjoy it, and they find that physics is exciting and intellectual stimulating. Physics majors develop the problem-solving and analytic skills that many employers value, allowing many of our graduates to enter the workforce directly, while some of our graduates continue their studies with graduate work in physics or related areas.

Related Careers

Physics majors have a remarkably wide range of career options which include academics, industry and even finance. A physics education provides a unique way of looking at problems that many employers value, a marketable set of skills, and foundational knowledge on which it is easy to build new knowledge as one’s career evolves over time.

Things to do on this form:
Take away "Term" for Transfers - "Unknown Term"? As well as "Not in High School"
And the same for "Online"

Possibly remove the "Readmit" option.
Feel like it would be pretty easy to see if the person already exists in our system and has a program enrollment record associated with them, which would shift them from "Freshman" or "Transfer" to "Readmit"
