We have approximately 150 graduate nursing students divided between the PhD and DNP programs. The student body includes men, women, and a diverse group of minority and international students.

Approximately 50 students are enrolled in the PhD Program, which include MSN-PhD and BSN-PhD students from a variety of clinical backgrounds. Our international students come from such diverse places as China, Jordan, Korea and Taiwan.

About 100 students are enrolled in the DNP Program, which includes both BSN-DNP and MSN-DNP entry options. Students’ clinical backgrounds include nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, public health nurses and those in nursing management. Our DNP students are from all parts of Kentucky and surrounding states.
