This faculty practice position is for an acute care nurse practitioner on the Trauma and Surgical Critical Care Service at UK Hospitals. The nurse practitioner assists the team by providing ICU coverage, rounding with the team and working together to develop plans of care for the patients on the service.

The nurse practitioner also works with the house staff team to carry out the plans, manage the patient census, and responds to trauma alerts in the Emergency Department as needed.
